Challenge: Client needed to staff up middle management in the manufacturer, warehouse, global logistics, engineering and procurement groups.
Requirements: Needed to put together a cross sectional team. Comhar Advisors responded by adding a Project Manager to oversee 2 Recruiter Consultants and 1 Researcher/Sourcer.
