Situation: Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology needed time sensitive resourcing and support for various locations throughout the US inorder to support aggressive hiring needs. Their internal recruitment team did not have the bandwidth to staff the project.
Challenge: Client needed to staff up various roles within the Admissions and Finance groups for their corporate office that recently relocated to the Chicagoland area.
Requirements: Comhar team consisted of one Managing Director, a Project Manager and 4 recruiters over the span of 6 months in order to fill over 20 positions.
